Raymond Ee is a Consultant and Trainer for Business Continuity Planning Asia (BCP Asia) and a Certified Business Continuity Professional by Business Continuity Institute (BCI). During his time in China and Hong Kong, he has earned a Certificate in Industrial Management in the Mainland China and a Certificate in Official Regulations and Business Practices in the Mainland China. He is also an avid speaker in BCM seminars and conferences in Asia.
Raymond has assisted more than 30 companies to develop and implement their BCMS program through gap analysis work since joining BCP Asia in 2011. A BCM software expert, Raymond has helped numerous organisations in Singapore to implement their BCMS using ezBCM. He is a well-liked consultant that many customers return to continue their service with BCP Asia. Prior to joining BCP Asia, he had 8 years of upper management experience in large factory management, crisis management, marketing, human resources planning, process re-engineering and lean management. At certain times, he was required to handle crisis management such as labour strikes and bomb threats as well. Raymond has also led projects to build multiple geographical locations ERP systems based on Lotus Domino platform using clustering to provide geographic data redundancy for servers.
He also possesses more than 8 years of experience in managing some of the most advanced IT and internet products used in the Banking, Facilities Management, e-Commerce, Retail, and Food & Beverage industries. He was involved in formulating IT DR strategy for many IT services and products as well.
Raymond graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Information Systems from National University of Singapore and went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration from San Francisco State University.
